I restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those that need to know for funding your loan. I maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal Regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

I collect non-public information about you from the following sources:

• Information I receive from you on applications or other forms of documentation
• Information about your transactions with me, my affiliates, or other industry professionals
• Information I receive from a consumer reporting agency
• Information I receive from title companies

I do not disclose any non-public information about my customers or former customers to any third party except as those mentioned above.
